Support
Something broken, something confusing, or an idea — this is where it reaches us.
anonylist is made by one person. There's no ticket queue and no chatbot: messages sent here land in a list that gets read. If you leave an email address we'll write back; without one there's no way to, so say everything you need to in the message.
Before writing in, the docs explain every part of a list, and the guides cover whole jobs like planning a potluck or a move. A surprising number of questions are answered there in one screen.
Reporting a bug on a list you have open
There's a second copy of this form inside the app — open any list, then the ☰ drawer, then Support & questions. Use that one for bugs: it knows which list you were on, and it can attach diagnostic information from your browser if you tick the box. That box is off unless you turn it on, and the privacy page says exactly what it sends.
Things we can't do
Recover a lost link. A list is its link. There are no accounts to look one up by, so if no device remembers it, there's nothing for us to search. Check the drawer on any device that opened it before writing in.
Undelete a row. Deleting an item is immediate and permanent for everyone — there's a five-second undo in the app and nothing after it.
Lists may be removed after long inactivity.
Billing
Everything for an anonylist pro subscription — payment method, invoices, cancelling — is on your account page, which manages it through Stripe. If something there doesn't work, write in and say which part.
